Sofia Angels Ventures – Being part of the EBAN Cork Congress 2022
Yet, another Congress was held earlier this year, where our managing partner – Milen Ivanov, took part in and presented the opportunities that our co-investment Fund provides to start-ups and angels as co-investors. Amongst the delegates and speakers, a lot of know-how was shared on how to work together and do pan European cross-border investments.
The EBAN Cork Annual Congress is the biggest angel gathering in Europe and is a place to reconnect, reimagine and reinvest for both investors and entrepreneurs alike. The #EBANCork 2022 saw 350+ international attendees come together after a 2-year break due to Covid-19 restrictions – investors, startups, government officials and EU policymakers. The main topic discussed during the Congress was promoting positive change and growth in the current challenging economic situation.
The next EBAN Congress will be held on 24-26 April 2023 in beautiful and vibrant Athens, Greece, with official partners – the Hellenic Business Angels Networks (HeBAN).
